Exhibition Stand

Your stand is 3mx2m in size and will consist of a table, 2 chairs, access to power and wifi. All other branding should be brought by yourselves.

We will have access from 07:15am on Tuesday 28th March for you to set up your stand. Please ensure your stand is ready by 08:30am when delegates are due to arrive for registration. You can dismantle your stand after the afternoon break at 15:10 and the room must be clear by 17:00.

Attach a delivery label to any items that you are sending to the venue. Please ensure that you provide return delivery labels. Deliveries and collections can take place two working days prior/after the event between 9:00 and 17:00. 


You are welcome to deliver via RIBA’s back of house entrance on Bridford Mews, W1B 1AD. Please note there are height and width restrictions of 3.5m x 3.36m and a time limitation of 08:00-20:00. In case of unloading between 7:15-8:00am on Tuesday 28th March please use the front entrance of the building.

You have step free access to the back of house lift – dimensions: 1.75m wide, 2.15m high and 0.81m deep when unloading via the back of house entrance.
