Application for final part of Paddington development submitted

A reserved matters application for the final part of the Paddington Central development has been submitted to Westminster City Council.

Development Securities and Aviva Investors lodged the application for the design and external appearance of buildings on Kingdom Street, along with landscaping and surface areas. The plans feature 32,500m2 of office space in two buildings designed by architects Allies and Morrison. They also include proposals for a formal garden at the end of Kingdom Street, linking it with open space created at Sheldon Square in a previously completed phase of the project.
