Investigation by The Charity Commission

The Charity Commission has concluded that the Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment does not improperly intervene in planning processes.

After investigating complaints by anti-monarchy group Republic over whether the charity was pursuing the prince's personal agenda, the commission said it accepted the trustees' assurances that there is no inappropriate influence by the prince.
