Dunsfold Park Ltd to appeal against refusal by Waverley Borough Council for development

The developer behind plans for an eco-village at a former Surrey aerodrome will appeal against Waverley Borough Council's refusal of permission.

Dunsfold Park Ltd's masterplan, including 2,600 homes, a primary school and parkland, has been dogged by local objections and criticism from CABE. But it insisted that the scheme will ease an acute local housing shortage.
