Sustrans sign agreements with councils to develop cycling and walking routes

Sustainable transport charity Sustrans has signed agreements with councils to develop cycling and walking routes.

A £1 million project in Southampton will see a pathway constructed alongside the River Itchen as part of a car-free route to the city centre. In Kenilworth, the charity will spend £500,000 on improvements to a canalside cycling route.
