Humber Quays Development

An outline planning application for the second phase of development at Humber Quays in Hull has been submitted for approval.

The plans include a hotel, restaurant, office buildings, apartments, multi-storey car park and a riverside promenade, with work due to start next autumn. Roger Tym & Partners is the planning consultant and David Lock Associates is advising on masterplanning and urban design.
