Developers consortium wins planning permission

A consortium of developers comprising Taylor Wimpey, Martin Grant Homes, Banner Homes and Kier Residential has won planning permission for a 3,000-home urban extension north of Aylesbury.

The Berryfields development will deliver new highway infrastructure and public transport improvements, including a train station, due to be completed at the end of next year. Savills advised on the application.
