The company said Sizewell in Suffolk, Dungeness in Kent, Hinkley Point in Somerset and Bradwell in Essex are the most likely sites. It has commissioned a range of geological, environmental impact, marine and other studies in advance of the government's decision on nuclear power due early next year.
