Upstream's 30 staff will become part of the energy and sustainability services division and relocate to Jones Lang LaSalle's Hanover Square offices next spring.
Upstream joint managing directors Julie Hirigoyen and Sarah Ratcliff said the acquisition allows the practice to realise its strategic goal to embed sustainability into property decision-making.
