English Partnerships appoints first head of environmental policy

Jane Forshaw takes on the role to ensure that environmental policy is central to the agency's work. She leaves land remediation charity CL:AIRE, where she was chief executive. She will lead programmes such as the Carbon Challenge, Design for Manufacture and millennium communities and also work on infrastructure delivery and flooding issues.
