Southall development scheme

London mayor Ken Livingstone has lifted his direction to refuse planning permission for a development in Southall.

He originally refused the proposal for 59 industrial units and car parking space because developer Chancerygate did not include an energy assessment with its planning application. The scheme has been revised to include the installation of five 15kW wind turbines and energy efficiency measures.
