Framework for the Milton Keynes tariff

A framework for the Milton Keynes tariff, which aims to deliver more than £300 million for infrastructure and services up to 2016, was signed off last week. As agreed by English Partnerships, Milton Keynes Council and development consortium Milton Keynes Forward, the framework sets out obligations for developers and landowners in the tariffed areas, where up to 15,000 homes could be built. Obligations include construction and environmental standards and design codes.
