Brecon Beacons National Park Authority to change its UDP

The Brecon Beacons National Park Authority has been ordered to change its unitary development plan (UDP) to protect sand and gravel resources. The UDP will not be approved unless the changes are made, the Welsh Assembly Government has warned. Minister for environment, planning and countryside Carwyn Jones said the minerals are in limited supply.
