Decision on Liverpool's Mann Island delayed

The decision on Liverpool's £120 million Mann Island has been delayed because a UNESCO report was not received in time. The scheme, which features three wedge-shaped buildings next to the Museum of Liverpool, has raised fears that it would harm the city's world heritage status. The planning committee will now hear the application on 7 November.
