Proposals for scheme in Weymouth
Proposals for a £120 million scheme in Weymouth including a 4ha pavilion and ferry terminal site are to be put out for public consultation. Howard Holdings will submit the mixed-use scheme for planning approval early next year. It will feature 345 homes, a 120 to 150-room hotel, a 350-berth marina, shops and a public square. The project could also see a refurbished Pavilion Theatre complex, a ferry terminal, 400 car parking spaces and a world heritage site visitor centre.
