Olympic Delivery Authority chairman resigns

Jack Lemley has resigned as Olympic Delivery Authority chairman less than a year after being appointed. Lemley said he will return to his international construction consulting firm in the USA, which is increasingly busy with major contracts. Sir Roy McNulty will serve as acting chairman alongside chief executive David Higgins until a permanent successor is appointed. Lemley's contract was due to run until March 2010.
