Derelict land in Wisbech to be transformed

More than 8ha of derelict land in Wisbech is set to be transformed after Fenland District Council approved proposals for 370 homes and a multi-use building called the Boathouse last week. The application by the East of England Development Agency marks the first milestone in the £47 million Nene Waterfront regeneration project.
