Plans approved for urban extension in Milton Keynes

Plans for an urban extension on the eastern edge of Milton Keynes have been approved. The Brooklands development will include more than 2,500 homes, three schools, a hotel, a community hall, sports pitches and a pavilion. There will also be shops, restaurants and a pub along with office and industrial space and improved parkland. David Lock Associates acted as consultant on the scheme for applicants Hallam Land Management, William Davies Ltd and TGR Williams and Sons.
