South Tyneside Council consults residents on proposed changes

South Tyneside Council is consulting residents on proposed changes to previously published draft planning guidance on how the borough will be transformed. Public consultation has already taken place on the local development framework revised draft core strategy, but recent government guidance and proposed changes to regional planning guidance mean parts of the document must be amended.
