House builders have been invited to work with English Partnerships and Lancaster City Council to create a £15 million housing development in Morecambe's West End. The site will feature 100 homes and a Georgian square around a large central garden area. The main aim is to improve housing choice for the seaside resort to attract more permanent residents and make the town more sustainable.
