Kier Property chosen for development in Gateshead

Kier Property has been chosen to create a major mixed-use development on the GQ2 site next to the Sage Centre in Gateshead. Kier's proposals for the site include 2,273m2 of restaurants, cafes and bars, a cinema, 5,100m2 of shops, a major hotel and 324 homes and apartments. Gateshead Council said that the proposals will create an attractive street scene with popular public spaces.
