Renovation plans invited for lodges and chapel in Philips Park

Plans to renovate two lodges and a chapel in Philips Park in east Manchester are being invited from developers. The historic buildings dating from the late 1860s are less than 3km from the city centre and within walking distance of Sportcity. All uses, including business, residential, retail and community, will be considered. The chosen developer will work with urban regeneration company New East Manchester, its partners and the community. The deadline for submissions is 20 November.
