Blythe Valley Business Park given go-ahead

A landmark commercial office development that backers claim could create more than 5,000 jobs has been given the go-ahead by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. The second phase of Blythe Valley Business Park off junction 4 of the M42 will create more than 74,000m2 of offices at a cost of £200 million. The business park already accommodates more than 3,000 staff for companies such as Virgin and British Gas.
