Proposals for teaching space by Leeds University approved

Proposals for teaching space, lecture theatres, offices and a restaurant proposed by Leeds Metropolitan University were approved this week. The 11,800m2 Rose Bowl development for the university's faculty of business and law is the first phase of the Portland Gate development. The project, which is located on a car park in central Leeds, is due to be completed in 2008.
