Plans for redevelopment of Rochdale town centre unveiled

Plans for the £100 million redevelopment of Rochdale town centre were unveiled by Rochdale Development Agency and Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council last week. The proposals involve shops, civic facilities, pedestrian links and a bus station. The River Roch frontage will be revamped with flats, offices, cafes and restaurants.
