Linklaters' real estate team has advised DB Real Estate on the sale of 100 Barbirolli Square in Manchester to Scottish Widows. The 13,100m2 office and retail building was sold for £70 million. It is currently let to Addleshaw Goddard, Ernst and Young and DLA Piper.
