Developers shortlisted for the West End Phase One development

Six developers have been shortlisted for the West End Phase One development in Central Milton Keynes. Bouwfonds, Crest Nicholson, Lend Lease, Metropolitan Housing Trust Midlands, Places for People and Urban Splash will prepare proposals by 11 December for around 650 town houses and apartments integrated into a 3ha commercial, retail and development site.
