Llewelyn Davies Yeang has been asked to masterplan the redevelopment of a 6ha waterfront site in Belfast city centre. The site, formerly occupied by the Sirocco engineering factory, is situated on the River Lagan opposite the city's Waterfront Hall and is seen as one of the most significant development opportunities in Northern Ireland.
