Gloucester to bring forward plans for Greyfriars

Development partners are being sought by regeneration agencies in Gloucester to bring forward plans for Greyfriars. The 2.46ha city centre site is occupied by the Gloucestershire College of Arts and Technology campus and was acquired by English Partnerships in 2004, then leased back to the college while new accommodation is being built. English Partnerships, the Gloucester Heritage Urban Regeneration Company and the Housing Corporation are looking for partners to advance the site with a mixed-use and mixed-tenure scheme in accordance with a masterplan drawn up earlier this year.
