The Gladedale Group appointed

The Gladedale Group has been appointed as developer to regenerate Sleaford Maltings in Lincolnshire. The grade II* site is to be revived following a campaign by local authorities and the Prince's Regeneration Trust. A feasibility study highlighted the potential for housing, office and community uses at the 50,000m2 site, which was built for brewer Bass in 1905.
