White Young Green report a strong year of growth

White Young Green has reported a strong year of growth with a 24 per cent rise in profits to £11.6 million and a 16 per cent increase in revenue to £167.5 million. The consultancy's preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2006 showed a ninth consecutive year of growth. It has completed five strategic acquisitions in the past year including Edinburgh and Belfast-based planning consultancy Farningham McCreadie in March. Chief executive John Purvis said that the company is still integrating the business but it hopes to expand its planning work further in Ireland.
