SIXTYK Consortium chooses preferred bidder

The SIXTYK Consortium has been chosen as preferred bidder for the final site of the government's £60,000 Design for Manufacture competition. The consortium, made up of developer Crest Nicholson, architects Sheppard Robson and offsite manufacturer Kingspan, will develop its design at the former Rowan High School site in Merton. Its scheme features combined heat and power plants, 227 homes, a doctor's surgery and a community hall.
