RPS purches Burks Green

RPS has bought architectural and engineering practice Burks Green, which will be integrated into its planning and development division. The firm, which employs around 200 staff, operated from Newark in Nottinghamshire and a small base in Warsaw. Its directors will become part of RPS's planning and development management structure. RPS said that the acquisition will extend its architectural and development engineering resources, while the Warsaw business will offer access to the Polish market.
