Highways Agency chooses consultancies

The Highways Agency has chosen 14 consultancies to advise on its multi-billion pound road building programme. Under the four-year contract, the firms will help the agency to prepare major road schemes including the design, project and cost management of all capital schemes worth more than £5 million. The selected firms are Arup, Atkins, Capita Symonds, Halcrow, Jacobs Babtie, Mott MacDonald, Mouchel Parkman, Owen Williams, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Pell Frischsmann, Scott Wilson, URS, Waterman Civils and WSP.
