Liverpool Vision

A partner is being sought to redevelop a 1960s office block in Liverpool. Liverpool Vision is promoting the Kingston House site at the junction of Strand Street and James Street for an office building of between ten and 12 storeys with retail and leisure uses at street level and housing. It is envisaged that the scheme would be the first of a number of redevelopments in the area and would set a high standard for others to follow.
