West Midlands grants

Grants of up to £9 million are to be made available for commercial regeneration projects in the West Midlands over the next two years. Regional development agency Advantage West Midlands is launching the £12 million gap funding scheme to encourage commercial investment. Changes to European funding mean that parts of the region no longer qualify for assistance. The grants range from £100,000 to £9 million and the agency believes that up to 25 sites could benefit, triggering another £68 million from the private sector.
