Residential development at Temple Quay 2 wins planning permission

A residential development that forms the second phase of the £200 million Temple Quay 2 scheme in Bristol has won planning permission. The project will be developed by Spring, Castlemore Securities' residential arm. Designed by Stride Treglown, it will comprise two buildings with 131 flats, 39 affordable homes, retail and business workshop space and 178 parking spaces. Construction will begin at the end of the year. The first phase includes 4,836m2 of offices and a 142-bed hotel.
