Plans submitted for replacement of civic offices in Greenwich

Plans to build replacement civic offices for the London Borough of Greenwich have been submitted for detailed consent. The £45 million scheme, designed by HLM Architects, aims to enable the council to consolidate its operations at a site in Woolwich and provide a library, local services centre, business centre and community gallery. It forms the initial stage of a masterplan to regenerate the town centre, which proposes a mixed-use project including a Tesco store and 900 homes.
