Plans approved for Holbeck land

A £180 million regeneration project for land at Sweet Street and Marshall Street in Holbeck has received outline approval from Leeds City Council. The plans, by development company SJS Property Management, feature more than 14,000m2 of office space, 830 apartments, a medical centre, a community centre, 1,093 car parking spaces and more than 1,000 cycle parking points.
