Eagle site work

Permission has been granted for another 108 homes on the site of the former Eagle Pottery works in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. Consultancy NAI Fuller Peiser has obtained consent for the second phase of works on behalf of Redrow Homes West Midlands. The scheme comprises a range of one to four-bedroom houses alongside the Caldon Canal. More than 240 homes have been built so far and the consultancy is set to submit an application for a third phase of 150 homes on the remaining part of the site.
