Plans submitted to redevelop the Trocadero Centre

Plans have been submitted to redevelop the Trocadero Centre in London's West End. Sheppard Robson proposes a mixed-use scheme featuring retail and leisure facilities plus a 600-bed hotel. The design of the 58,676m2 grade II listed block will involve removing the internal atrium and fitting shops in the frontages. The upper levels will house the leisure facilities and the hotel will be located on a remodelled roofscape.
