Landscape strategy for a network of walking and cycling pathways

A landscape strategy for a network of walking and cycling pathways through south Essex has been completed by Transportation Planning International. The Prittle Brook Greenway scheme in Southend covers the countryside and urban green spaces of Thames Gateway South Essex. Working with Land Use Consultants, the firm developed a landscape strategy for the route and implemented a 4km pilot section. They also drew up infrastructure solutions for 22 road crossings and advised on safety for pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders.
