Scheme to redevelop Central Buildings in Crosby town centre

An £8 million mixed-use regeneration scheme to redevelop Central Buildings in Crosby town centre has received planning permission from Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council. The plans feature 930m2 of ground-floor retail, luxury apartments and 1,161m2 of office space. Maghull Developments will begin demolition in August and aims to complete the work by September 2007.
