Six developers have been shortlisted

Six developers have been shortlisted for the multi-million pound transformation of Hattersley and Mottram in Greater Manchester. English Partnerships is working with Tameside Council and Contour Housing Group on a project to create around 830 private homes, a district centre and food store and up to 2,790m2 of community facilities. The shortlist comprises a consortium of Barratt Homes, Artisan and CTP, a consortium of Bellway and Taylor Woodrow, a partnership between Gleeson and Lowry Homes, a consortium of Bardsley, Countryside and Ask as well as George Wimpey and Miller Homes.
