Business development in Hastings granted planning approval

A business development for a key gap site in Hastings town centre has been granted planning approval. The scheme, proposed by the town's regeneration company Sea Space, features a 9,300m2 building on a plot on Havelock Road and Priory Street that has been largely derelict for more than a decade. The development will be opposite the recently established University Centre Hastings. It forms part of the company's vision to turn the town's rundown Priory Quarter into a commercial, leisure and educational centre.
