Funding agreed for fight against Heathrow runway

Funding for the fight against a third runway at Heathrow Airport has been agreed by London mayor Ken Livingstone. A total of £80,000 will be donated to projects developed by HACAN Clear Skies and the No Third Runway Action Group highlighting the health, noise and economic impacts of aviation expansion. Research will be carried out throughout this year.
