Plans submitted for Cardiff Bay office scheme

A blueprint for a £130 million office scheme in Cardiff Bay has been submitted by Morley Fund Management. The waterfront development will comprise 65,000m2 of office space with parking facilities on 2.6ha of vacant land. The developers hope to create around 5,000 jobs. The site is part of a £115 million portfolio owned by Norwich Union Life Funds.
