Silwood Estate regeneration project secures planning permission for fourth phase

The Silwood Estate regeneration project in the London boroughs of Lewisham and Southwark has secured planning permission for its fourth phase. A total of 343 homes will be built, 239 of which will be for outright sale. The remaining 104 homes will be a mix of flats and houses with around 30 per cent offered under shared ownership.
