Plans envisaged for London's Victoria area

An underground bus station, transport interchange and office and shop space are among plans envisaged for London's Victoria area in a planning brief published this week. The document, issued by Westminster City Council following talks with Land Securities and Transport for London, offers a vision for the area around the train station.
