Lakeside shopping centre and surrounding area

A masterplan for the Lakeside shopping centre and its surrounding area will be drawn up to feed into Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation's development policy. Llewelyn Davies Yeang will examine changes to a landscape dominated by industry and will look at environmental initiatives and wildlife habitats. It will work with WSP on infrastructure, Atisreal on feasibility and White Young Green on retail planning.
